Haiti - 16 October 2025, For the renovation and expansion of École Nationale Christ Roi in the Nord Department of Haiti, the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) has granted a construction contract valued at USD 317,499.72. The project, which was awarded on October 16, 2025, is a component of continuous initiatives to improve local communities' access to secure, resilient learning environments and to bolster Haiti's educational infrastructure.Contract Details and ScopeLot 2 of the larger school rehabilitation programme is covered by the project, which was tendered under reference EPP-RFQ-HTCO-22223-25-2094969(NT). It involves extensive building and remodelling projects, such as: Repairing the current school structures Building new classroom structures and hygienic facilities Execution of site enhancements and external landscaping The project will be carried out at École Nationale Christ Roi, an important school that serves students in the Nord Department.
