Request for proposals are invited for Establish a Long-Term Contract (LTA) with One or More Suppliers in the Field of Septic Tank or Latrine Emptying in the Metropolitan Area Most of the inhabitants of the ZMPAP live in a state of high vulnerability to many types of threats, including health risks, environmental risks, acute forms of poverty and socio-economic exploitation. Many sites do not receive the necessary support to ensure minimum living conditions. Violence has become an instrument of terror to exclude most of the population of the ZMPAP from accessing basic services and exposing them to critical protection problems. Therefore IOM hereby invites potential suppliers in the field of pump and manual emptying of septic tanks and latrines to submit a proposal in accordance with the general conditions of contract and the terms of reference set out in this invitation to tender.
