REPUBLIC OF HAITI MINISTRY OF ECONOMY AND FINANCE TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTING UNIT PRODUCTIVE INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM V PROJECT NUMBER: HA-L1143 INTER - AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK NOTICE OF INTERNATIONAL OPEN TENDER AOI-CT-PIP V- 001 EXECUTION OF WORK FOR STAGE 5 OF THE CARACOL INDUSTRIAL PARK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT The Republic of Haiti is about to receive non-repayable funding from the Inter-American Development Bank to finance the cost of the “Productive Infrastructure Program V (PIP-V)” project, and intends to use a part of the proceeds of this financing to make payments under the Contract for the execution of construction works for the buildings of stage 5 of the Caracol Industrial Park. The Ministry of the Economy and Finance is now soliciting closed bids from eligible Bidders and meeting the required qualifications for the execution of the construction works of the buildings of stage 5 of the Caracol Industrial Park, divided into two ( 2) lots: The infrastructures in question include: Lot I - Two (2) sewing workshops of 11,776 m² each; - One (1) warehouse of 10,500 m²; - One (1) boiler room of 200 m²; - The construction of 750 linear meters of asphalt concrete road; - Supply and installation of 750 linear meters of 4 `` PVC SDR21 pipes and accessories (tee, elbows, etc.); - Supply and installation of 750 linear meters of 8 `` PVC SDR21 pipes and accessories (tee, elbows, etc.); - Supply and installation of 750 linear meters of 8 `` PVC SDR26 pipes including manholes (tee, elbows, etc.); - Supply and installation of 750 linear meters of 42 `` concrete drains, including manholes and connection to the existing network; - Connection of buildings to domestic, industrial, waste and rainwater networks; - Extension of the electrical network by 1,500 linear meters; - The installation of 10,000 linear meters of electric cables and 26 additional lampposts; - Connection to the electrical network.
