Quotation are invited for Procurement of Medical Oxygen Cylinders for Epidemic Control (Epic) Port Au Prince, Haiti.  D-Type Big size Medical Oxygen Cylinder (220 CU.FT.)  D-Type high pressure seamless cylinder for medical oxygen gas  Cylinder Manganese Steel  46.7 Liter. water capacity (220 CU.FT.)  Fitted with bull nose type valve and neck cap  Valve made of Brass and Chrome Plated  Working pressure 150 Kg. f/cm2 at 15 deg. C  Hydraulic test pressure 250 Kg. f/cm2 qty: 600 Requirement: All quotations are required in English on company letter head Quotation to include: a. Unit cost in USD against the product specifications above b. Product Lead Time c. Company details - registration, address, contact person/s with email and phone numbers d. Date of validity of the quotation should at least be 90 days Transport of Goods: Supplier should include a suggested cost-effective means to transport goods to either: • FHI 360 freight forwarders warehouse in Dulles, VA or • U.S. Port or • The Port of Port-au-Prince.
