The main objective of the Technical Assistance mission is to support the National Institute of Coffee of Haiti (INCAH) in its role of Project Owner and the Project Management Unit (PMU) in its function of Technical coordination of the Project in connection with the Procurement Procedures and Directives Manual for Foreign States. The services of the Consultant will be aimed at : - Support for INCAH and project management (implementation of tools and missions); - Support in the drafting of project documents and their updating; - Methodological training for INCAH-LEVEKAFE executives; - Supervision of the monitoring and evaluation of the project. . The expected deliverables: - TORs, manuals and reports for short missions. - Quarterly remote and face-to-face support reports. - Workshop reports bringing together project stakeholders (and direct project beneficiaries or their representatives) - Training documents for the benefit of PMU executives and INCAH officials.
