- Research Service Provider in Haiti ARK Group DMCC is developing a Global Affairs Canada (GAC) sponsored research project to inform policy and decision-making related to capacity building, operations, and security policy by domestic and international security providers, including the Haitian National Police (HNP) and the Multinational Security Support Mission (MSSM), in Haiti. ARK anticipates a requirement for data collection tasks as part of the ongoing project delivery. The project will employ a mixed-methods longitudinal approach. Key data collection activities will include regular qualitative research through focus groups and key informant interviews, followed by regular large-N survey research (with random selection of households) to capture a wide array of public opinions. Therefore, ARK is looking to engage research firms in Haiti with the necessary access and resources to conduct interviews on its behalf with the intention of pre-selecting suitable research firms prior to releasing a full tender for paid services.
