Description: Description :The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable consultant to provide of Consultancy services to the UNAIDS Country Office in Haiti to support the systematic integration of HIV in a humanitarian context characterized by multiple crises.The Country Office plans to hire a national consultant to provide advisory services and technical assistance to support HIV integration in humanitarian responses and support stronger programmatic action by the Government of Haiti, communities and UN Agencies.Objectives:1.
