1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) through its Regional Office for Central America and the Caribbean (ROPAN) is executing a global project for the Strengthening of Governmental Institutions identified as Project GLOG80: Container Control Program. Within the framework of this Project, Haiti is the beneficiary of different technical material and equipment in order to expand the program to the ports in the country. Within the framework of this process, UNODC may require the purchase of a non-intrusive and specialized drug detection equipment to scan cargo and containers.2. Due to the above, UNODC may require the supply and delivery of up to two (2) self-propelled mobile scanning equipment (truck + scanner, both new and unused) to be used by the Container Control Program (CCP) in Haiti to combat illicit traffic, any type of product that can be introduced, exported or transferred in the ports and other places where the units and agencies belonging to the...
