- The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) invites qualified companies to express their interest (Request for expression of interest - REOI) for the supply, installation and construction of modular office buildings prefabricated, secure storage containers, as well as associated civil engineering works and electrical installations, intended for two (2) Interinstitutional Control Units located in Cap-Haitien and Ouanaminthe, Haiti.CONTEXTThe Office of the United Nations against Drugs and Crime (UNODC), through its Passenger and Cargo Control Program (PCCP), supports the Haitian authorities in strengthening border management and interinstitutional coordination in order to combat illicit trafficking. In this context, UNODC is setting up, at the main border points, inter-institutional control units bringing together several competent national services (AGD, BLTS, POLIFRONT and other relevant national services).
